1.1: How to get a quote and start the order?
Firstly please provide your design or product pic ,and tell us what quantity you want to order. You can send your artwork, design ideas or reference images via email . If needed we will create an initial sketch or show similar images to review. Once confirmed,we will send our quotation to you base on your requirements

1.4: What file formats are accepted for images and artworks ?
It's better that you email us file in CDR or AI formats. Otherwise, we can accept EPS.JPG, GIF, PNG, .PPT, DOC, PDF, BMP, TIFF and .PSD. Almost every format are available for us.
