Q1: Are you a trade company or manufacturer?
Dongrong: we are manufacturer with our own factory.
Q2: What is the payment term?
Dongrong: 30% deposit and balance before shipping by T/T, or L/C at sight, or cash in USD or RMB.
Q3: Can I make a sample order for checking?
Dongrong: Yes, Sample order is welcomed for testing and checking the quality, and the air-freight charge will be paid by customer, for customized model need to check with our sales.
Q4: What about the lead time?
Dongrong:Sample needs 1~3 days, mass production time needs about 4~7 days.
Q5: Do you have any MOQ limit for any order?
Dongrong: For most of our products, MOQ is 1000pcs, and we can provide samples as long as you are willing to afford the delivery charge.
Q6: How do you ship the goods and how long does it take to arrive?
Dongrong: We usually ship by DHL, UPS, FedEx or TNT. It usually takes 3-5 days to arrive. Airline and sea shipping also optional.
Q7: How to proceed an order for Phone Business Credit Card holder?
Dongrong: Firstly let us know your requirements or application. Secondly We quote according to your requirements or our suggestions. Thirdly customer confirms the samples and places deposit for formal order. Fourthly We arrange the production.
Q8. Is it OK to print my logo on the products?
Dongrong: Yes. OEM or ODM is available. Emboss logo is most popular. Please inform us formally before our production and confirm the design firstly based on our sample.
Q9: How to deal with the faulty?
Dongrong: Firstly, Our products are produced in strict quality control system and the defective rate will be less than 0.2%. Secondly, during the guarantee period, we will send new item with new order for small quantity. For defective batch products, we will repair them and resend them to you or we can discuss the solution including re-call according to real situation.
